Robins debuted its own innovative needle brand, together with its distributor, to the market at the 2008 Agromek annual Exhibition in Herning, Denmark. In which, the invention was awarded “The Three-Star New Product” for its completely new improved ergonomy for special animal safety.

The unique attribute of the needle is a block which is designed to bound cannula insertion into the body of the animal; so in the case of a broken needle, the needle can simply be pulled out by pulling the block.

Robins provides 2 product lines of these needles to suit customer needs:

1. IBD Needle: Associated with a Detectable Cannula

2. IB Needle: Associated with a Regular Cannula
